Last Saturday, a workman discovered a plastic-wrapped woman’s leg, severed at the thigh, while cleaning up at a dock-side dump.
According to the report of the incident in the Mainichi Daily News, “It is feared the leg belongs to a murder victim.”
But, of course, how else could it have gotten there?
