Sarong Party Girl
Asian Sex Gazette is carrying a report on a 19-year-old woman who caused quite a headache for authorities (and her parents) in Singapore.
Sarong Party Girl captured a lot of attention through her blog about her daily life and sexual adventures, spiced with titillating images of herself.
According to The Straits Times, most of Singapore’s tough porn laws are for print and video, and the Internet is still seen as a grey area.
The weblog details Sarong Party Girl’s life and numerous sexual escapades while she waits to penetrate the academic world. She has a following of about 3000 readers since she started her blog in February last year.
“There is nothing wrong with having a nude picture of yourself published or on show, as long as there is an artistic value to it,” she told the newspaper. “These pictures were nice.”
Sarong Party Girl quickly found out, however, that fame comes at a high price. She says:
I’m very tired and emotionally drained, but I think I’ve finally gotten all my thoughts consolidated finally, and it is this: I know what I want to be known for, and what I would like to be public for, and it is definitely not for the ability of being able to strip in front of the camera. You see, I don’t strip take nude photos or post them for the sake of attention.
Er. . . OK. . . We’ll give the young lady the benefit of the doubt and take her word for it that she did not realize posting nude pictures of herself on the Worldwide Web would result in people lookng at them.
Anyway, the photos are now gone and Sarong Party Girl’s 15 minutes of fame are probably over.
i saw the pic, and, honestly, it wasn’t THAT amazing. I guess is just the fact that in puritan Singapore a girl will risk to do such a thing, just that. It was nothing porn-like, just her showing her tits in that kind of low-profile nude thing.

and you can see most of the pic in tuesday’s post in xiaxue.blogspot.com , although the face is not shown. Not that anyone cares, anyway.
