There is no way to know if this is for real or posed, but the following photo from conbinibento.com suggests some guys may be taking Japan’s no-tie, no-jacket Cool Biz campaign just a bit to far. . .
Pior Art: At the time of Tokyo Oympics in ‘64, the subways had a poster compaign to Leave On Your Trousers. This was normal jiji behavior which you still can see in business hotels where salarymen willl wander out of their rooms in boxers to get cigs or ice.
