Come gather ’round sushi lovers wherever you roam, for the Original Sushi Competition 2005 is about to begin. Held annually since 2001 in London, the contest challenges people to come up with original sushi dishes. The only rule is that the entry must contain sushi rice.
Past creations have included: Mushi Sushi, Creamed Kipper & Crispy Bacon Sushi, Parma Wrap, Sushi Pizza Yaki-tori Sushi, Nero Roast Beef & Yorksushi Pudding, and Lime and Salmon Sundae Sushi (Erk!)
