He was that Princeton math graduate student who was caught secretly cutting the hair of female Asians and taking it home to fulfill his masturbatory fantasies. He was also fond of carrying around a vial of his precious bodily fluids. After his arrest, Lohman confessed to secretly spraying the contents of the vial onto women, and to pouring them into the drinks of women - all Asians.

So, what did they end up doing with Lohman after taking him into custody? Flog him? Castrate him? Incarcerate him for a long run as the butt boy of some cell block stud?

No, no, and no. . . You see, Lohman entered a pretrial intervention (PTI) program, “avoiding a possible criminal conviction.”

By entering the pretrial intervention program (PTI), Lohman must pay a $125 fine and commit to a program of psychological counseling, according to a report in the Princeton Packet. If Lohman does not meet the requirements of the three-year program, he could face up to 18 months incarceration for each charge against him, the newspaper reported.

Well. . . Throw the darn book at him, why don’t you?

But don’t worry, folks, Michael feels really bad about everything. And he’s accepting responsibility about it . . Honest. His lawyer even said so.

“Michael is remorseful about everything that happened,” Lohman’s lawyer, Kevin Main, said in an interview today. “He feels bad for the people it happened to. He feels bad for his family … I say he’s accepting responsibility for it.”

According to authorities, even if Lohman had stood trial and been convicted on all counts of cutting women’s hair, and pouring urine and semen into their drinks, about the worst punishment he could expect would be probation.

Main stressed that had Lohman’s case been taken up at trial — and had he been convicted — he would likely have not faced jail time. “Essentially, he would have been looking at probation,” Main said. “By no means do I mean to minimize the seriousness of what happened, but these were fourth-degree crimes. Fourth-degree is as low as you can go.”

The state of New Jersey is convinced that their PTI program works.

According to the New Jersey Judiciary’s website, the PTI “seeks to render early rehabilitative services, when such services can reasonably be expected to deter future criminal behavior.”

Apparently the state of New Jersey is unaware of JP’s Law of Sexual Offenses, which states: Any crime that involves a tumescent male member is always repeated.
