Papa’s Day

In Taiwan, Father’s Day falls every year on the eighth day of the eighth month on the Western calender, and that’s because in Mandarin 8/8 is pronounced “ba ba”, or, yes, you got it, Papa!

And what better way to celebrate the day than with a bunch of pretty girls wearing chocolate bras and holding yummy Father’s Day cakes (and also Taiwanese Valentine’s Day cakes) in the form of, er, a skull, a penis, a bikini and a Japanese figurine.

Happy Papa Day

The cakes, by the way, are being promoted with the slogan: “Eat away at your lover’s defenses.”
