Tokyo Tattoo Convention?

We recently received mail from a Japundit reader asking for information about a Tokyo Tattoo Convention.
A quick search on the web reveals that such a convention was held in the past, but information seems to dry up sometime around 2002.
Does anyone have any information about this tattoo convention or any other tattoo convention held in Japan?
