Check out this report on a study and claims to determine which countries are most (and least) satisfied with their sex lives.
The bottom line is this:
Most Satisfied
- Austria
- Spain
- Canada
- Belgium
- United States
- Australia
- Mexico
- Germany
- Sweden
- United Kingdom
Least Satisfied
- Thailand
- China
- Indonesia
- Taiwan
- Japan
I wonder if any correlation can be drawn between the above study and this study that um. . . sized up males in different countries around the world.

Male fixation with size is legendary but I think there is a little more to it here. Sexuality in Asia is just different from in the West. Wives put up with their husbands filandering more, it is seen as a part of masculinity that cannot be helped. Perhaps the virtuosity of putting up with this charactaristic is amplified by most Asian societies still being very male dominated.
In the West, enjoying sex well into a marriage is an ideal that couples strive for, however, as far as I know in Japan, after marriage and childbirth, there is little social or individual concerted effort to maintain sexuality among married couples.
It is this heart wrenching marriage situation that has made the music form “Enka” so popular in Japan.

April 24th, 2006 at 3:31 pmTo me, Japanese culture is very contradictory. And this is just one example… From many angles, Japan appears to have a LOT less hangups about sex than most countries, yet allegedly they have the LEAST sex and their birthrate is falling. What the hell is going on here??
April 24th, 2006 at 3:44 pmWell, the results are broken into response by gender. I would wager that the men in the bottom countries are substantially more satisfied than the men in the top countries. As for Canada being number 3, I wonder how they get the moose to hold still?
