Everything in Japan seems to be going cute. . . Including rubber bands!

The designers of this product say that shaping the rubber bands as animals makes people think twice about throwing them away.
Or, in their own words:
We are very cute and happy rubber bands. Our shape will return to original one after use us.
Doesn’t rubber band miss while it doesn’t know? Or through it away while it become unnecessary? Rubber band is very useful, to be sure, but can’t it become not disposable, and have attachment?
So we have designed!!!
When a rubber band is removed. . .
Oh! It is not a common rubber band! When it is sees well, it is the shape of cute animal!!
There is surprise in the Animal Rubber Band. Isn’t it cute, and isn’t it thrown away easily if it is such a rubber band? Don’t you want to keep it in your drawer?

Hm thats good from an enviromental point of view but from the companies view is pretty awful.
If people don’t throw rubber bands away they won’t buy more of course.
