Mimikaki heaven
With its discount electrical goods stores, cosplay, and maid coffee shops, Akihabara is quickly gaining a reputation as a place that caters to a wide variety of needs, both nerdy and otherwise.
One of the latest new fads to spring out of Akihabara is mimikaki.
For 2,500 yen you can experience the pleasure of laying your head on the tender thighs of a yukata-clad young woman as she picks the wax out of your ears.
One of the premier establishments offering such services is Yamamoto Mimi Kaki-ten (Japanese page), which has been such a success that it has surprised even the folks who run the place.
For some reason, Japanese men find having the inner ears probed by sexy young things a turn on. And Yamamoto Mimi Kaki-ten plays this fetish to the hilt, even providing a page at its website where you can have a look at photos of the comely young lasses who work there.
[...] What the???? OK, whilst I appreciate that the ear can sometimes be an erogenous zone… ear wax!!!???? Links here and here if you want to know what the hell I’m on about. [...]

March 2nd, 2007 at 1:41 amedojin, you mean it gave you a boner too?
March 2nd, 2007 at 3:37 amoh yeah, I had a Japanese gf who would force this upon me! I think the turn on was all on her side as I hated it!
March 2nd, 2007 at 10:20 amThe imagination of those who run sex shops and semi-sex shops in Japan knows no bounds. Who could have ever imagined this, after the no pants coffee shop craze of years ago. What’s next? Your answers below:
1. A shop where scantily clad women give you shampoo and a haircut (on top, that is).
2. Take it away, mates… [answers to follow]
March 2nd, 2007 at 3:43 pm¥2500 for 30 minutes, but no sex, you have to cream in your pants. Sounds a bit messy.
March 2nd, 2007 at 6:30 pmWhile I agree having someone else clean up in there is relaxing, I can’t imagine paying someone that kind of money to do it.
If they included some drinks, or maybe a shave with that, I could go for it.
March 3rd, 2007 at 12:37 ama back-and-crack wax Dan (wouldn’t be too bad either).
Sorry Mum….
March 3rd, 2007 at 9:04 amI think you meant “a crack n sack” wax
