A short while back, North Korea complained to the United Nations about the Japanese crackdown on the General Association of Korean (Chongryon). In their complaint they said the crackdown, “constitutes the criminal act of infringing upon the sovereignty of a dignified member state of the United Nations.” Now, via The Marmots Hole, we learn that diplomats of the dignified member state of North Korea were involved in a scuffle with police on a train in Finland after they refused to show a conductor their tickets.
