This undated photo has been circulating around the web and was confirmed by Kyodo News. It shows Tetsuya Shiroo, the man who allegedly shot and killed Nagasaki Mayor Iccho Ito.
Shiroo is reported to be a senior member of Japan’s largest organized crime syndicate Yamaguchi-gumi.

How did he get to be a senior member of this crime syndicate if he’s such a moron? I mean really, aren’t these guys supposed to be smart and do bad stuff and NOT get caught?
