October 14th, 2007 at 8:28 pmBall kicking is an old Japanese tradition. They swell up for a while, but I have ever heard of ball prosthesis. Occasionally, they are removed - but then the women have nothing left to kick.
I suppose one could have a couple of metal or, better yet, golden bearings installed. They would make nice clicking sound while walking. And they would match the implanted diamond in the shaft, another tradition.
