What a bunch of absolute tossers! Would this be allowed to take place in the UK or the US I think not the cops would be in and kick the crap out of these people, not only that the other commuters would react quite adversly to this, so why do this in Japan, precicisly because no-one, the JR Staff, the cops, the commuters will react at the ‘crazy foreignors’, partying and celebrating is fine but infringing on others is not, get your asses back to Gas Panic and stop ruining the reputation of foreign people who live in this country
