If any of the Japundettes out there are planning a trip to Osaka, be sure to keep an eye on your handbag.
Though the number of purse-snatchings in Japan’s second city have dropped to the lowest level in 15 years, Osaka still leads the nation in this crime category, a distinction it has held without a break for the past 32 years.
