I found these signs, all over the Ginza subway line in Tokyo, to be interesting in light of earlier and somewhat debated post on Japundit.

I liked the Japan Tobacco advert that said something along the lines of “When I fart in public I worry about who smells it. Why don’t I when I’m smoking?”

Hey, at least this time they actually got “Make-up” right instead of just calling it “make”.

Ah, now that would be the day. ;-) I’d be curious to see a sign like THAT in Japan.

Those eyelash curlers always look like instruments of torture. I saw a young lady have a terrible accident with one of those that ripped out half of her eyelashes. And that was while she was sitting in front of a dressing table. God knows what the risks are when using them on a moving bus/train.

A friend commented to me that these signs should be included in automobiles in the US to discourage drivers from doing makeup while on the road.

Didn’t see the post about parenting skills. I was referring to these subway signs. They seem a tad overly zealous in their pursuit for harmonious commuting.
